How Do You Make a Dotted Line in Figma?

First step is to create a line: you go to the Shapes dropdown on the top bar and select the line tool. Or just press L.

After that you just draw your line. And once you're done you will see on the right panel Stroke Options.

Click on the button with the three dots. This will toggle the advanced stroke options. On stroke Style change it from Solid to Dash.

After that you can play around with the dash and gaps and cap until you end up with a good looking dotted line.
