Figma is a popular tool for designers and a lot of times it's used to create MVP prototypes and app demos. The default features are great for linking between pages and making the wireframes interactive, unfortunately Figma doesn't offer any option to record the actual screens of your prototype.

In short, by default Figma doesn't have prototype recording options but you can use plugins or you can screen record directly and export your videos as mp4. I've presented the most popular plugins in the link above.
