Does Figma have icons?
Figma is a great tool but unfortunately it doesn't have all the tools designers need by default.
The good side is that Figma has a great community that built a lot of awesome plugins that cover the missing bits and they're free and really easy to use.

Read the quick post and it should be easy to understand how to run the plugin. The icons are all SVG which means they are easily editable and you can change colors, shapes, gradients, etc.
So yeah, it's possible and recommended you use icons in Figma via 3rd party community plugins. It saves a lot of time and the icon packs are high quality.
