Canva is a great design tool and they also have a pretty well organized support system and as far as I've noticed they're pretty on point with providing high quality assistance with troubleshooting and fixing any issues users might end up having.

Yes, they have a contact page you can use. They also have a chatbot but I'm assuming you're probably not interested in talking to a bot.

Depending on your subscription level you will probably have to way for an answer for a few days: 24 hours for pro users and up to a week for the free tier users. 

But you can always search for an answer on their community forum or simply google your question. I'm sure you might be able to find a solution.
