Why Is Canva Being So Slow?

As with any other website in the browser - when it comes to slow loading times it's either your fault or their fault, so let's explore a bit both ends of the problem.

Now, 90% of the time it's probably your internet access. So if you're using Canva while being connected to a wireless network - first make sure your connection quality is strong.

Or maybe your internet service provider is slow. Check to see if other websites work. 
But, I guess if you're on this page you can scratch that option. 

Second part of the problem might be that Canva's servers are laggy or down. Sometimes that might happen too. Not often but it's not impossible. 

Usually lag and slow loading time fixes by itself, so give it a few hours before you start getting worried. If the issue persists you can always just contact Canva directly and ask them for help.
