Should I switch XD to Figma?
Both Adobe XD and Figma are popular tools for designing interfaces, with a lot of designers using both. However, Figma is gaining more popularity among designers due to its user-friendly interface, collaborative features, and overall versatility.
Should I switch XD to Figma?
I've been using XD since beta and last year I switched to Figma.
While Figma is slightly more expensive there are more plugins, slightly more features, and employers seem to prefer Figma over XD.
It also has real time prototype update so you don't have to manually keep updating it, which personally saves me a lot of waiting time inbetween edits.
I recommend switching but at the end of the day it's a matter of preference.
Conclusion
In conclusion, Figma is gaining popularity among designers due to its user-friendly interface, collaborative features, and overall versatility.
If you're considering switching from Adobe XD to Figma, consider the user interface, collaboration, plugins and integrations, and pricing to determine if Figma is the right tool for you.
But at the end of the day it's a matter of preference since they are pretty similar.
