Does Canva Have a Photo Limit?

Canva has a free and a PRO tier plan. It also has a plan for team but we're not going to talk about it in this tutorial.

But despite its obvious limitations and lack of available features, you can still use Canva with the free tier plan to create nice looking designs for your projects.

Does Canva Have a Photo Limit?

Despite the long list of limitations you get starting from the number of templates, number of stock content, tools like background remover, magic tools, 24/7 support - the free tier plan doesn't have any photo limit. 

You can use and upload as many photos as you like as long as they are under the 5gb cloud storage limit. Once you hit that you will have to start deleting some of your content or templates. 

As for stock photos, yes most of the good photos will be premium which means you will be required to upgrade to a PRO subscription. 

That being said, you can always use google image search to try and find the same premium image for free on different sites. Most of the times you'll probably be successful. 

But to summarize, there is not upload limit for the number of images you can add but there is a total cloud storage limit of either 5gb for the free and 1tb for the PRO plan.
