Can You Import Figma Into After Effects?
Well, the short answer is no. Unfortunately, there’s no way to directly import .FIG files into After Effects.
But you can still bring your Figma designs into After Effects:
Using Figma’s “Export” feature, you can export any layers from your Figma project as either PNGs, JPGs or SVGs. These exported layers can then be imported into After Effects. From there, you can position, tweak and animate them as you would any other asset.
That being said you're not able to import a standalone Figma file. As mentioned above, you will have to export layer by layer PNGs and stack them in After Effects one on top of eachother.
Can You Import Figma Into After Effects?
In a nutshell, no but if you have time to spend you can use a workaround I mentioned above.
