Can You Animate on Click in Canva?

Have you ever wanted to animate a design in Canva on click?  Don't worry, you're not the first one - and probably not the last for what it's worth!

Unfortunately, Canva doesn't currently offer the ability to animate designs on click at the moment.

Although this is a bit of a bummer, there is a silver lining. Canva does offer several other options to make your designs stand out. You can add GIFs and videos to your designs, as well as a variety of dynamic fonts, shapes, and illustrations.

Canva also has a wide selection of templates - which can be easily customized to your needs. No matter what you're looking for, you can be sure to find something that fits your style and brand. And, if you're feeling really creative, you can create something from scratch using the text , shape and line tools. 

That being said there is one thing you can do to create the illusion of elements being animated on click: you can duplicate your current page and in the next one you can add slightly more text or content.

That way it will look like your elements actually move when in reality they don't.

So - while it may be a letdown that Canva doesn't offer the ability to animate designs on click, there are still plenty of ways to make your designs look amazing or use a workaround to make it look like things get animated on click by duplicating content in new pages.
